EU Windows 7 to have no browser

Many moon ago the EU ruled that including Internet Explorer with every copy of Windows was a monopolistic practice, so Windows 7 copy's bound for Europe will have no browser.

How do I download a browser if I don't have a browser? Odds are good that I could work through this issue, using various means, but what about everyone else? WTF do they do?

Say what you will about IE being in every install of Windows.... but I think its much worse having nothing. Even if I can work around it, doesn't mean I want to.

Truly a piss poor situation. No one forced anyone to buy Windows, they aren't a utility company... people could choose buy a Mac. They have that option. If you don't like something in Windows, including that it comes with IE, exercise your right to buy something else.

The more I see the EU's courts in action the more I feel like they deserve an embargo till they get their heads on straight. America may need China but Europe we don't.

Not to mention Macs come bundled with Safari. Also despite them doing this they are continue their antitrust case as well.

Just remember this is what a governing body demanded. It doesn't have to make sense. ;)
